HOW DO I ACCESS STRENGTH CONNECTION PERFORMANCE (SCP) TRAINING PROGRAMS?
After you have selected your training program, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase and subscription package. Within 24 hours of your confirmation email, we will send you (or your athlete) an email with instructions on how to download the TrainHeroic app and access your sport-, level-, and season-specific online training.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE TRAINHEROIC APP?
To download the iOS app, open this page on your phone and click here.
To download the Android app, open this page on your phone and click here.
Or, visit the App Store and search for "TrainHeroic."
I DOWNLOADED THE TRAINHEROIC APP, HOW DO I ACCESS MY TRAINING PROGRAM?
To access your SCP training program from the TrainHeroic app…
Open the TrainHeroic app on your device.
Click Create Account.
Enter the First and Last Name of the athlete and the email address you entered on the Athlete Registration Form, create a password, and click Create Account. (Note: You must use the same name and email on the Athlete Registration Form to access your SCP Training Program.)
You’re about to connect with us and join your SCP Training Program. Your access code should appear on the screen. Click Connect.
Select the date you would like to start your training program and click Next.
On the next few screens, follow the steps to create your training profile.
After completing your training profile, we suggest taking a quick Tour of the App.
Click Start Training. Welcome to TeamSCP!!
I SIGNED UP FOR SCP, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOU?
First, verify that you are checking the email account you entered on the SCP Athlete Registration Form. We will always send the registration information to the email address you have provided on this form. You can verify the email address you used by viewing your New Order Confirmation Email and reviewing your Athlete Registration information.
(Note: That email may be different from the email you use to login and purchase on our website.)
Next, check your spam folder. It is possible your email client doesn’t recognize us yet.
I still can’t find the email? Contact us and we will work with you to get you access to your training program as soon as possible.

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY TRAINING, HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH MY COACH ?
You can communicate directly with your Coach through the TrainHeroic App in the Notification Center. You’ll be able to message them personally using the 1:1 Feed or message using your Team Feed.
If you would like to contact your coach outside the TrainHeroic app, you can email them directly at email@example.com
