If I could explain my journey in a short sentence, it would be an exciting, challenging, and emotional rollercoaster, but one I loved every minute of.  

I have specialised in sports-specific training with a core emphasis on Strength, Speed, and Athletic Development for Rugby, which for me is my key strength.I developed an online coaching programme, supported by the tried and tested application of research-based methods.  

 

I understood the WHY’s, equipped with an extensive armoury of how to overcome any hurdle in front of us to achieve the results people wanted!
